Terms of service

Rhino Labs dashboards. Last updated 3 November 2026.

Who these terms are for

Rhino Labs Limited builds private reporting dashboards for its clients. These terms cover anyone who signs in to a dashboard or connects an account to one. Each client also has its own agreement with us. If the two differ, the client agreement wins.

Who can use a dashboard

Only staff the client has authorised, signing in through their own organisation's sign-in, and the Rhino Labs staff who build and support it. Don't share your access with anyone else.

Connecting an account

A client's account owner can connect an account, such as a YouTube channel or a TikTok account, so the dashboard can show its figures. Only connect an account you are allowed to manage for the client. Access is read-only. The dashboard cannot post, upload, edit, delete or message anything. You can withdraw access at any time from the platform's own settings.

What we do with the data

We only use it to show the client their own figures. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what we read, how we store it and when we delete it.

Platform rules

Connected platforms have their own terms, such as the YouTube Terms of Service and TikTok's Terms of Service. Using a connection means those apply too.

The figures

We show figures as the platforms report them. Platforms sometimes change or correct their numbers, so we can't promise every figure is complete or exact. Each tile says whether it is live, from a dated file, or illustrative.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Rhino Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using a dashboard. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other New Zealand law that can't be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Law

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
